Mom…Dad…
You guys have to let me go. I know it’s hard, but I’m a senior now. I have to grow by myself. There is no more relying on you guys once I go to college. It’s me, myself, and I. As much as I don’t want to let you guys go, I need to be stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually for the future. You guys have to trust me and let me go through the torture by myself. I want to grow up, but inside, my heart is telling me not to grow up. Unfortunately, I have to put myself in a position where I am totally uncomfortable with and walk the road without you guys by my side. You guys are my everything, but right now…you guys can’t be my everything. You guys will find out soon how I feel and I hope you guys will understand my position on this.
